Q: What if my item is out of stock?

We try to keep our website updated with in stock items but occasionally there is a problem. If your item is out of stock, we will let you know immediately. You may choose an alternate color/item or request that we refund you.
Q: How do I place an order?

It's easy! Add products to your cart by hitting the "add to cart" button. Don't forget to fill in all required information so that your item is personalized correctly. When you are done shopping, you can "view cart" and then checkout. First time customers will be required to register. Returning customers can re-enter their username and password to retrieve stored information.
Q: Is faster shipping options available?

In general, most items will be received within 2 weeks. If you need your item sooner, please email me for availability. Since most items are shipped directly from the artisan, I would need to check with them for a time frame. Please order early to ensure you get your products on time!
Q: Do you ship to other countries?

At this time, I currently ship within the United States only.
Q: Do you ship to military addresses?

A:
Yes, I do. Please order early though...military addresses can take up to 8 weeks to receive their order. I'm not responsible for packages once they ship to a military address.
Q: What payments do you accept?

A:
We accept Visa & Mastercard through our secure website. You may also choose Paypal for payment. You do not need a Paypal account for this method. You can pay via existing funds, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover with Paypal.
Q: How do I delete items from my cart?

If you change your mind and want to delete items in your cart, just change the quantity next to the item to 0 and hit recalculate.
Q: What is your refund policy?

A:
Refunds will not be given since you are ordering a personalized product unless we are at fault. Refunds will only be given if the item you receive is not what you ordered. It is your responsibility to proofread the personalization you provide before checkout and make sure everything is correct. If you notice a problem after you place your order, please email us immediately so that we can correct it before your item is ordered.

Q: What is your privacy policy?

A:
Your privacy is our first concern. Your shipping information will only be provided to the artisans making your product. We do not sell your information to any other party and it is not freely given out to anyone under any circumstance.
